Mechanics

No evidence of proofreading; More than 8 grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors.

Some evidence of proofreading; 5-7 grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors.

Adequate evidence of proofreading; 3-4 grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors.

Clear evidence of proofreading; less than 3 grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors.
